Wellmont Hawkins County Memorial Hospital

My daughter was admitted couple days ago,,, they induced coma with her to keep her calm n be able run test she needed.. My daughter had,, I believe,, done laced meth.. It turned my sweet natured daughter into person with terrible mood swings.. She is very confused and not understanding what's really going on.. I can see that in her eyes.. Al the nurses in ICU are wonderful to her.. Except for a nurse named Brandy M... Very nasty mean talking,,, vry impatient,, and harsh.. Not professional at all.. Very mouthy to patient and family! Not at at all what you need to put up with when you n yours are going threw a crisis.. My opinion is if your not able to be kind,, patient,, p,,,good with pressure then YOU SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU DONT WORK WITH PEOPLE!!! For a grown woman stomp down hallway like a child n almost a yelling tone tell a mother that isn't aware what is happening with her child that OH SHE HAS SOMETHING IN HER MOUTH THAT COULD CHOKE HER N ACT LIKE IT A PROBLEM TO HELP THE SITUATION.. News flash Brandy it's your job!!!!!!!!!!! And have the nerve to say infront of me n daughter's father to the doctor,, OH IF SHE,, THE PATIENT,, MY DAUGHTER,, GETS WOUND UP THAT SHE WILL TAKE HER DOWN!!!!!!! Very shameful and sorry as hell..I'm sickened to think that is who is taking care of my daughter in my absence!!!! I will never have any other family member at this place because of her actions n comments.. Very mad,, very sickened,, and ready talk to lawyer.. Maybe court would save another family from enduring her ignorance!!! To the rest of staff,, thank you from bottom our hearts for your kindness.. Only takes one rotten Apple to spoil the whole bunch!! And again thank all ICU staff except for this Brandy M lady...

I was here almost 7 hours. It was horrible

One of the worst hospitals I've ever been to. They don't give you the medicine you need and the wait is terrible. They are awful at diagnosing broken bones and will give your children shots without your permission.

So befor u read family dr. Today I have bronchitis very bad for somebody that has congestive heart failure . Had to get two shots an antibiotics to take at home . She said for a dr. U didnt need anything to hear the wheezing and a drug test sure wasn't going to show you that I had bronchitis and drug test wasn't going to show you what the wheezing was. Little to say I do have to give the hospital a massive thumbs down . ... Male dr. That you can't understand. You go in sick as ever and tells u its from smoking a cigarette lol and maybe from a seizure med you have been on for over 6 years. So i tell him i see my family dr. In the morning wasted trip cause he don't know what he's doing he gets made and says u can go any where you want. Saying all are connected. First off idiot I'm not a druggy i have heart failure. My family dr. Wasn't open when the symptoms got this bad. I thought thats what er was for no not that ballad has taken over. Dont waste your time. They dont care. If you died in the waiting room they wouldnt notice.
