Never been to this place, but the people running it must be a joke.

I found out that my insurance had been used here while I was flying to the other side of the country. Coincidentally, it was on the same day someone decided to pretend to be me and go to the emergency room. Months later, the claim appeared on my account and I called my insurance provider asking what it was about. We reached out to the hospital and they seemed very suspicious I wasn't the person they treated. In fact, they acted like they didn't believe me when I said the spelling of my name, address, and phone number was incorrect. I mean, I have a plan ticket to prove where I was and how my name is supposed to be spelled.

I asked when I might hear back about their decision. They said two business days and they would call me directly. Guess what? Its been MONTHS and this hospital hasn't contacted myself or my insurance at all!

You all seem lazy. You should've been on it. Medical insurance fraud is not a joke. You added so much stress onto me, but it doesn't matter right? You got your money. What a joke.

Seems like you shouldn't be treated here in the first place.

I had to stay in a rehab for suicide, and while some nurses where amazing alot didn't care. especially feeling ignorant to certain patients, food was good, counseling was alright, though just taught the same thing over and over. And made me feel more depressed, not allowed to be within certain feet f others, just slept on the floor with a mattress in a empty room, cold nights. So glad im out

I had to go to this hospital’s ER while vacationing on the lake. I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with every single member on staff. Ashely, Courtney, and Julie went above and beyond and got me through one of the biggest phobias of my life, with the patience and grace of saints!
I will be forever grateful for their kindness and I wish I had the kind of care back home, as I did here.

When my boyfriend was very ill they treated him with respect and dignity. The nurses where great, the good was awesome, and parking was free. I Love UPMC/WCA Hospital. Thank you very much for taking great care of my boyfriend.
