iAchieve EHR is a web-hosted, CCHIT Certified electronic health record (EHR) system by ChartLogic, which includes complete electronic medical records (EMR) software, complete medical practice management (PM) software and complete document management software. The system is an all-in-one solution, meaning that each product uses the same platform and database.
