tuOtempO Patient CRM

tuOtempO Patient CRM is a patient scheduling solution for health care providers of any size and specialty. The solution can be deployed in an on-premise or cloud-based fashion depending on the client’s needs. Mobile apps are available for either Google Android or Apple iOS devices.

tuOtempO is capable of automating several tasks related to patient communication and scheduling. Users can set up the system to deliver the following message types: appointment confirmations/reminders/cancellations, test result notifications, post-appointment satisfaction surveys, notifications explaining delays in the doctor’s schedule and post-appointment follow-ups.

Administrators can choose whether they would like tuOtempO to contact individuals through e-mail, text and/or phone.

Practices can also use this solution to offer cloud-based appointment booking that includes online payment options for services rendered. It is integrated with the user’s PayPal account of choice. Client refunds and discounts can be processed through the system.
