What is DrCloud EMR?
DrCloudEHR is suitable for midsize and large behavioral health, human services and integrated delivery systems.
DrCloudEHR is meaningful-use (Stage-2) certified and 508 compliant, and it displays information as needed for intake, scheduling, bed management, assessments, notes, care plans, e-prescribing, EMAR, billing and AR, outcomes and more. The Golden Thread® tools provide reminders and alerts with standard tools and user defined forms, workflows and reports.
The Consumer Portal allows for bidirectional communication including pre-admit documentation, chart reviews, signing releases and consents, requesting appointments and processing credit card payments. The Integrated Telehealth feature emulates arms-length services with video conferencing. The system also offers offline functionality that allows system and data availability when internet connectivity is unavailable.
DrCloudEHR offers tailored implementation and training programs with conversion software to get current paper or legacy electronic data into the cloud. Microsoft Windows Azure Platform Hosting Services provides DrCloudEHR with encryption and data security for system management and operations.
