Therapistmate

Therapistmate is a practice management solution designed to help therapists and their staff manage cases, schedule appointments and handle billing, payroll and financials within a singular program.

The software is available for tablets, mobile devices and the web and uses maps to calculate travel and mileage. The system is also HIPAA compliant and includes an alert reminder and notes for each session.

Therapistmate’s functions include Case Management, Therapist and Patient Portals, Human Resources, Documents, Custom Reporting, Insurance and Private Payer Billing.

The multiple location and multi-clinic features enable users to assign staff to office branches. With Quick Schedule, the staff is able to respond to last minute, no-show and canceled appointments. Therapists are able to capture signatures on mobile devices for services rendered and timesheets for Payroll and Billing include overtime and rest breaks.
