It would be nice if the hospital performed drug and alcohol testing randomly on the nurses. Recently I witnessed a nurse in the hospital that was clearly under the influence of a substance when I was there with my father. Thank god he was there for a foot injury and nothing serious. When we left I strongly suggested in the future he go to Butler Hospital for serious matters.

Maternity Ward, This is my second baby that has been delivered here, both experiences were amazing due to the Nurses! They are friendly nthe care and they listen to what u say what you need and what's going on. The made sure that my self and my children had what they needed and wanted and they were happy to do it, it was not just a job to them! Thankyou ladies for making the births of my children that much easer and special. You are all truly amazing! Christa Barnes

ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL IVE EVER BEEN TO, NOT EVERYONE THAT COMES IN THERE WANTS DRUGS!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT PEOPLE HAVE PAIN. SO DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. I ALSO HAVE GONE THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT

The “Lab” here is the worst. They say their office hours are 630-6 M-F but guess what if you need certain testing done th ya will only do it between 9-12 M-F. I went once after work around 5 and the lady said oh we can only do that before noon because of staffing issues, ok whatever fine so I waited a couple days because I had to for this test, went back in at 630 AM and a different lady says oh we have staffing issues you can only do this test 9-12. Well ladies I work M-F 8-430 so how the hell am I getting here between 9-12? Thanks for nothing Armstrong I won’t be back.
