My ER doctor refused to acknowledge my history of stroke because I didn't for the age range. My cardiologist and neurologist who dealt with my previous strokes even contacted the ER to inform them. They refused to treate properly because of age discrimination. If I could give negative reviews I would. This institution almost left me a vegetable.

Let me share with you the wonderful experience I had today being admitted and having a Patient Care Tech like Rosie from the 3rd floor and a nurse like Jacqui! Thank you ladies for taking such excellent care of me while I was there. Rosie went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly need. Thank you Rosie for your kind caring nature. I am very well pleased with the service I received!

Sat there for 8 hours just to be told that I had a fibroid when I knew that I had a fibroid. Then the doctor continues to say he doesn’t specialize in those issues & that I had to go to my gyno. Aren’t you a doctor though? Makes no sense! I came in for an ultrasound so that I can get this surgically removed. Instead I was prescribed ibuprofen. Such a waste of time.

The nurse wasn’t the friendliest neither. She barely checked on me & when she did she was rude. Wish I could remember her name. Save time & just go to another hospital.

This is a poorly run hospital, with employees who think they are doing you a favor by taking care of you. When I was a patient there, they brought me some crackers. The lady dropped the crackers on the floor, then proceeded to pick them up and put them on my tray! I don't think that they would do that even at a greasy spoon diner. They seemed to be more interested in getting rid of me, than actually doing their jobs.
All in all, definitely a second rate hospital. You would be better off by going to Edwards, if you are seeking quality medical care.

My daughter in law had a baby here last week and since my son is in the Military and was not able to be with her for the delivery, I was with her from the minute she was admitted till the minute we were discharged. I was VERY impressed with this Hospital and staff. We couldn’t have asked for better care. The whole experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend this Hospital to any expectant mothers.
