Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital

Great hospital, great stuff! Amazing doctors and NURSES! Had my baby boy on 05/13/2019 it was really pleasant experience staying at this hospital. Nurses did care about us, they made everything so we colud feel good and comfortable, even though they were coming every 2h and checking on us and I didn't get enough rest and sleep BUT, I understand its a part of their job, I felt so comfortable, great, they ALL care about you and your baby. Even ordering food was great, very delicious and clean and on time! Highly recommend have your kid there!

After a month of not feeling good and three hospital visits, I finally came to Bolingbrook Hospital. I was finally taken seriously and given the proper care and attention I needed to help me understand why I was feeling this way. During my day and half stay the staff treated me with top concern and priority. My nurses from the third floor, Amanda and Chandler, were very comforting and helpful. The Patient Care Techs, Alva and Karen, were very attentive and helpful!! I recommend a vending machine on the third floor though.

Not sure where all the hospital-hate is coming from, but my recent experience at AMITA Adventist was excellent. All of the staff were helpful, positive and clearly knew what they were doing. There was confusion with my insurance which they worked to straighten out and the 4 days I was there were as pleasant as could be. I left with a far better idea of my condition with all the necessary follow-up scheduled. At all times, I felt informed, was receiving excellent treatment and was on a path to get better. My only major complaint - this hospital serves the absolute worst coffee that I have ever had. It is monumentally horrible. When I go back for my surgery, I will stick with apple juice. 😉

Went twice three weeks ago, great doctors but terrible nurse last visit, I thought a nurse is suppose to make you feel safe and comfortable. nope that nurse was nasty and cold with me. She saw my heating pack drop to the floor and ignore knowing I had whiplash. Wish i could've got her name, but was too much in pain to worry about her unprofessional behavior. but it's okay god sees ugly people and I went in a time where nurses where switching shifts but she was a night nurse.

Mid night we experience. Long wait in room. No answer for call button. After beeping for a while it was switched off. No one came. 4 hour wait for one chest X-ray and one cat scan. Nurse told us it was being reviewed by doctor but no one show up for another hour.
