My cousin had both of her kids delivered here and I will have mine delivered here in December. They saved my younger cousins life here a few years ago, he wasn’t moving and they had to do an emergency C section. They did just in time because he was swallowing amniotic fluid. He would have been a still born if they didn’t make that critical decision. I’m confident in having my baby here, everyone has been treating me so well and the doctors are so knowledgeable.

I took my wife to Good Samaritan Hospital to take care of my pregnancy. But I really don't understand their Doctors, their Management, Doctors are just doing everything whether it is needed are not and you are not allow ask questions and Management are Oppss..every bills will comes with different account numbers and you will get only 30 to 45 days to pay the bills. Why different account numbers ?? you can not set monthly payment.. this is really pain.. they don't believe their customer ... I am not impressed at all with their service. My all insurance deductible gone in just 20 days..still 4 more months remaining..

THE absolute best hospital!!!! I have been a patient, off and on, of Good Samaritan Hospital since 2008. My initial surgery there was done by an incredible Superman surgeon, Dr. Devata! From the ER, to the ICU, to the floor nurses and specialists, they deliver compassionate care - very intentional and deliberate kindness. The food service employees are kind - Rajah (sp) is an older woman who was one of the kindest people we encountered there. Housekeeping staff are kind, and wish you well when they enter your room. All in all we travel from Bolingbrook to Good Sam when hospital care is necessary . . . we have always been extremely pleased, and as we're able, will always return there if and when hospital care is needed! GREAT JOB, Good Sam!

horrible horrible experience here! i had both of my daughters here and my first pregnancy was great! but my youngest, not so much. the last week i had her, they noticed that every time i contracted, her heart rate would drop to 0. you'd THINK that they would've induced me right away, but nope. the day i had her, i had a huuuuge blood clot that had passed at 7am. i rush to the hospital and because they couldn't figure out why it was happening, they induced me. and then when i finally pushed her out, she was blue and unresponsive. she was THANKFULLY revived after 5 minutes and is perfectly healthy. she had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck for who knows how long, which is why she was stressing out to the MAX. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF- NOT EVEN 4 days later, i ended up with ENDOMETRITIS (inflammation of the lining of the uterus) i went to ELMHURST hospital and had a 103° fever and they took such good care of me. the only way to get this rare complication is because they (GOOD SAM) didn't clean me out all the way. i had to stay in Elmhurst for 3 days taking antibiotics via IV AND on the second day i started....hemorrhaging & had to have a D&C done. i lost so much blood that i passed out BEFORE the anesthesia. I DON'T RECOMMEND GOOD SAM (ESPECIALLY Midwest Womens) they were HORRIBLE. GO TO ELMHURST OR LUTHERAN GENERAL IN PARK RIDGE! THEY CARE WAYY MORE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!

I had really great nurses here for my surgery. Everyone was very friendly including the volunteers. They answered my questions. My only negative was that the anesthesiologist did not have very good bedside manner.
