Most of the staff was amazing!!! The receptionist, the nurses all were so sweet!!!! Carol Gay, PA was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the ER!! She had the worst attitude!! I took my 8 yr daughter in for being stung in the throat by a wasp....which she is allergic to. Carol Gay acted as if we came for no reason at all! She definitely chose the wrong profession because she is obviously not a people person. So thankful I'm just visiting Oklahoma and will never have to deal with her again!!

ER Staff was great! Cindy, Angie and Dr. Black were great to work with, and were very attentive to my needs!

Three visits in one week and every single person was awesome ! Emergency room doctors were excellent and it was the weekend.

Carol Gay is by far the rudest, most condescend person I have ever met in my life. I do not understand why someone with the manners of a rattlesnake would be in the business of "helping" people. She treated me as if my presents was a bother to her. And the worst part, I received a bill of $1,374 for her "services". I spoke with the woman for 10 minutes, of which, she did all the talking and listened to nothing I had to say. I will NEVER go there again unless Dr. Black is on call.

I took both my kids to the ER here and all I received was EXCELLENT care for them. ALL staff was Great and they got my kids right in! Best experience at a hospital I ever had. Love this place!
