feedback about Arbuckle Memorial Hospital
This is a nice little hospital. My mother passed away here in comfort. I was a wreck. After she passed Dr.Lynn gave me a ride home. Walking in is hard to get in but, they opened a urgent care down the road. They can take care of things small and quickly. I come here when it's more than just urgent. They are friendly and wonderful people at AMH and if you need the services they will take care of you.
Do yourself a huge favor and drive to Ada for a real doctor. Worst hospital Ive ever been to. The nurse was kind and courteous but the doctor was rude and didnt even look at me. I came in for swollen throat with pus, fever, ear pain, inability to eat. Sent home with Ibuprofen and no diagnostics.
I have been to the clinic two times once with my daughter and once with my mother it says walk ins welcome but they could not see us. Had to go to emergency room. My daughter was having chest pains. And my mother was having dizziness. How is it a walk in clinic . If they won't see you and there was no one waiting in the waiting room.
I was treated well by nurses and staff wait times always resonable I have chronic migraines sometimes the er is the only way to stop them The Drs looked at me and I was treated as a drug seeker because of my looks the reason being because I have a beard and longer hair I will put off getting help for days sometimes weeks because of being treated this way I dont want to be there any more than they want me there by the Drs I hate drugs only a last resort I have instructed my family even if Im dying do not take me there becaue of them diccremating just by looks its ashamed such a great faculity with good employees have that kind of physicans
My daughter who pregnant was taken to this hospital for an emergency and I can say that the people in this hospital have true compassion for people.
I am very appreciative of their generosity and compassion towards my daughter who did not have a way to get to her destination. They bought her clothes, allowed her to shower, prepared her food to take with her and took her to the bus station where she can continue on her travels. I cannot find another way to express my gratitude to them all for the acts of kindness. My daughter is my world and it hurt my heart that I could not help her so far away from me.
THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO PLAY A PART IN MAKING SURE SHE WAS SAFE AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF AS WELL AS MY UNBORN GRANDCHILD!!!!!!!
