The only reason this hospital got one star is because of the amazing nurses. I went in on October 10th 2019. I went in for stroke symptoms. I was transferred from St Mary's hospital that is closer to my home. I wish they would've just discharged me instead of sending me here. I spent 5 days here 3 of which are was spent me just sitting in the room, waiting for a continuous EEG. I discovered today (10/15/2019) that they don't even offer the continuous EEG. So, I spent 5 days in a hospital for NO REASON! They should've sent me home. Now on to the doctors. I met one doctor in the triage area, who seemed to really want to help. Then today I met another doctor, so that is 3 days with no doctors. When I had met the doctor today, they spoke to each other. I mentally questioned why they needed to do it in my room if they weren't going to speak to me. Anyways, The hospital is very slow. They seem to only care about the money, but nurses really helped and was absolutely amazing.

ER is horrible. Came here around 4pm. Did all test around 6/7. Took my vitals three times before get some results were given. Here is 10:15pm with no hope or answers. Sad n Slow Next time San Antonio Hospital ER in Upland is the best route.

My kids are seen here for regular checkups, and I love their doctor. I'm always out in less than one hour. But the emergency room is ridiculous slow took my son since he fell and hurt his leg wasn't sure if it was broken or sprained, I was there for more than 3 hours when all they did was just check for vital signs. He didn't even get xrays while I was waiting. I ended up leaving since they never called me.

The care in this hospital is the worst. in emergency they make us wait for 15 hours .. that is not an emergency. terrible service

I will be updating this periodically but my experience in the 30 days I spent in the burn unit was absolutely wonderful the nurse their JOSE must be number one on the list for me as for he saved my life not just with his words but his actions he is above and beyond his job title it's hard to believe that he is just a nurse and not a hard-working doctor he definitely spend every minute of his time there with good quality and there is nobody that can explain anything better than him he's above and beyond thank you JOSE now another nurse there I hope I don't get her name wrong but she knows what she is her name is BATOOL. She has a heart of gold she looks up the best fruit cocktail drinks ever and that was one of the first things I had after a Cherry Coke of course when I was finally allowed to drink I was born severely and it felt like she had been burned in her life before but she had it she know exactly what to say and what to do and she in turn new more than any other nurse there when it came down to just needing a hug hard to hug someone in Burns on their body but she gave me a hug and it really really settled my souland for that I am so thankful I couldn't have been happier to stab someone wrap their arms around me and love me for just a second.
