This is my first time here in L&D and I've been here for almost two weeks. So far all the nurses have been so sweet and caring. The doctors are all very intelligent and understanding. When canceling my baby shower my doctor suggested to have it here. So here I had it and all the staff including house cleaning were all so helpful in cleaning and getting it ready for the day. It turned out really nice with no problems. If I have another baby this is the hospital I would love to have it at.
Thank you for the support and care that you have given my father during his final moments and making him as comfortable as possible. For this we are extremely grateful.
10 hours and still waiting. Very bad service. They should hire someone to train them to give better service.......if I could -0 stars
On 13 November 2017, I arrived at Arrowhead Emergency room by ambulance after being transferred from Desert Valley hospital due to the type of my injury. The Arrowhead Emergency room staff was very professional and attentive. I suffered from an injury to my right arm and elbow. I had broken both sides of my upper and lower parts of the arm and dislocated the elbow joint.
The PA-C on duty was very professional and kept me informed of any of the actions taken.
My issue is with the Orthopedic physician, whom I found to have extremely poor bedside manners. He arrived looking like he rolled out of the bed next to mine and in dire need of a cup of coffee. he started to attempt to explain to me what the situation enentails using medical jargon.
I asked him to explain it to my wife on the phone (she is a PA-C, plus I was on pain medication and unable to concentrate ).
His very rude answer was: "why?, you are the one injured and will be going through Surgery ".
I signed the susurgery consent, and I was informed that "someone will be calling me to inform me of the surgery date."
It is now January 2018, that phone call from Arrowhead Orthopedics never came in.
I have since, seeked treatment and Surgery across town at a much more reputable medical center with great results. I am currently in physical therapy for my hand and wrist.
I guess I was lucky to have never heard back from Arrowhead, not even as a follow up after the ER discharge.
I would have rated higher, but, I assigned the low rating as a collective score.
Arrowhead medical center was reimbursed for all the charges incurred and requested since I carry an excellent rated insurance plan.

Delivered my first child here five days ago and honestly I was kinda scared because I was lying in bed reading these reviews just as my water all of a sudden broke . And I had read so many positive and negative things about this hospital. But I can honestly say my experience here was great from the nurses to the doctors and even the maintenance staff was very polite caring and helpful the nurses were awesome , my favorite were Shannon over nice nice and Tracey was amazing as well and many more to many name to remember but being my first child I was scared in a lot of pain and they walked me thru everything reassuring I would be fine going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I love it I felt truely blessed to be around such a wonderful caring staff also there very polite to you partner and family I loved it and I would come back here if I have another not that I’m considering. Thank you arrowhead hospital for having such amazing staff .
