Aurora Lakeland Medical Center

Our daughter had out patient surgery today. The staff were Phenomenal! Kaitlyn her nurse, very professional and a great personality. The discharge nurse (never got her name she was pregnant) Awesome! Even the young girl who delivered the prescriptions, Fabulous. I'm extremely happy with this place. My first experience there and our only choice in the future. Thank you.

Facility is ok but one security guard in particular is very creepy and lazy. He has a gelled down balding comb over to describe him. He makes weired comments to people from time to time, has terrible social skills and sits on his personal computer all day watching movies and TV shows instead of doing his job.

Went to the er last night, the staff was incredible. Very friendly and caring to my needs. I want to thank all of them for my care!!

Sat in the ER waiting on a doctor to come back because I asked to be transferred to ST Luke’s as that’s what my primary doctor recommend if I needed surgery... they came in 3 times trying to get me to change my mind. Should have just driven myself to Milwaukee... what a joke... would never recommend going there again and I used to work in the place... sure has gone to hell!!!

Staff would not help us get to car after ER visit. I was ill and not strong enough to operate wheel chair very well. Roomate was dizzy and had ammonia. It was like once they were done with us they gave us the bums rush to get on to taking the next persons money. We are not cattle and did not appreciate being treated like it!!!!!!!
