I have all my doctors here and they are amazing people! Today I had ear tubes put in and the nurse who started my IV was awesome I think her name was Brittany...there actually may have been 2 nice Brittany's but this one was pregnant and extremely kind! I was alone and nervous and she was super sweet! Thanks so much and good luck with your baby boy!!!

I was not impressed. The follow-up for my surgery was abysmal. Doctor did not come in to talk to me about after care or set up a check up appointment. There was a note written on my discharge paperwork to see her in one week. I tried to schedule a visit a week out and the receptionist said that it wouldn’t be possible so I was scheduled nearly 2 and a half weeks after my surgery with gauze lodged in my wound. Of course I got nervous about the chances of infection. Especially considering I was discharged without a round of antibiotics. I called the surgery after care number in my discharge paperwork to share my concerns and after being shuffled around on the phone 7 times I was told to go to the emergency room, where I told my story to three different pa’s who apparently don’t talk to each other. Each one walked in the room asking questions that I’d already answered. To be sure, they didn’t seem especially concerned with my predicament. Not Okay.

We have been here for EEG and CT scans, and the neurology department. So far this has been a pleasure to come here. The free valet parking is great. Registration is easy. And the hospital layout is sensible. The neurologist is excellent. And everyone has been very kind. I reccamend this over Racine's hospital any day!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I have been going to you guys for years as this is where my parents took me as a child. I used to have total faith in you guys and believed you had my care in mind. Over the last 3 years though you have turned into a money hungry medical center who only cares about the bottom line. From shortened time with doctors, to your viscous billing department it is a wonder how you are still in operation. You have lost a long time patient and advocate for your hospital. I will be seeking other facilities and will never recommend you to anyone. The good staff members that truly care about you should try and seek new employment as I do believe you are the only reason people still go there.

Waited soo long in pain for hours. I felt like I wasn’t as important as others in need. I used to like coming here but I didn’t like at all the experience and wait. So disappointed
