These comments & ratings are insane! I came in Sunday night and was induced with our second son. Let's start with Labor & Delivery. Our NURSES are MVP'S, every single one of them. They were so compassionate and wonderful, my epidural started to leak, so I could start to feel the pain and boom! Staff was there in a flash to fix me.. NOW let's talk Delivery! My nurse & husband, delivered my Son!!!!! And it was great! My son was NOT waiting on my Doc to get in there. (Also, L& D was superrrr busy) When it was time for me to push, my nurse was patient, calm and caring. This is the first labor and delivery out of my 4 children, that I was not injured or baby in any way!!!! Recovery, well hello! I'm not surprised to have to tell you but staff was once again amazing. They helped me from everything to cleaning up, food, responsible pain management (non narcotic) and breast feeding! (I've never gotten to breastfeed before!) Thanks Lactation Consultants! This place is amazing. They give you what you give them. All the respect & kindness in the world. Thanks Banner!.

Please do not go and deliver your baby here. I had a C-section here and was treated with just the most disrespect. As I was having contractions I was told by the nurse who admitted me I was going to start being violent and start to say bad words to the staff. But in fact I stayed calm and only made noise when I felt pain. My c-section went great but as soon as I got my room the day shift assistance nurse was no help and only two hours after I got my room she tried to have me walk with no support from her. I got so unbalanced I end up throwing up and starting bleeding.. my sheets where not changed for the 3 days I was there and had to basically care for my self because when trying to get help to get up i didn't have anyone come in for about an hour.. not to mention my information was given to another patient and I was given hers which is a big hippa violation... this hospital is just awful. Lots more happened but not enough room to write...

My 7yr old had been sick all night with coughing and a sore throat so I took her in to the ER. We sat in the waiting room for 6 hours. We weren't called back sooner because she wasn't running a high fever and the ER is based on "priority".... Well guess what? It WAS a PRIORITY FOR MY 7YR OLD AND FOR ME for being up with her most of the night. This was the first time I had ever been to this ER and I will never take my child there again. Your practices when it comes to children are unforgiving. Worse service I have ever encountered. I have never been to a Banner with such poor service as yours. I will spread the word to everyone I know about how poorly we were treated.

Amazing staff made me feel very welcome and took care of me to the best of their ability. Not too impressed with some of the timing estimates as they were often underestimated or took twice as long as we were told. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and helpful with treating me for multiple issues over the last few months and with the birth of my baby. Very impressed with how they handled most of my questions and even offered pamphlets if they couldn't find an answer/ if I had more questions than they could answer at the moment and offered AMAZING recommendations for doctors when I asked them to. Definetly much better than experiences I've had with hospitals in the past as they actually took the time to answer my many questions and explain my medication to me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER On December 26 I went into the emergency room due to a SEVERE allergic reaction from a sting I took early that day. As soon the reaction started to unfold I was throwing up blood profusely losing energy from blood loss and many other symptoms i thought these serious enough to be seen fairly quickly but I was wrong. I had to SUFFER for over 5 HOURS I was suffering to the point I could no longer wait for treatment which I believe in unacceptable I shouldn't have to suffer so long. Also the symptoms start to intensify I begin to hallucinate and I let the staff know and they just brush it off as if it's nothing again I'm mistreated. I'm truly at a loss for the inconvenience it truly makes me question the human kindness there.
