Totally positive experience!! Best thing to happen to Madison County has been the upgrade to Pattie A. Clay! We've needed this for a long time! It's all smooth and affection. Staff, doctors, and nurses are awesome! Cancer Care is wonderful!!! My only complaint is the parking lot (between the medical buildings). We need more room between rows and we really need more parking spaces. Lots of land behind the parking lot that should be used for this purpose. Also need more spaces for Cancer Care as well. Only 2 spots and they are used by patients from Richmond Regional Oncology. Fix this! All in all, good work!!! Stacey Carpenter

I was recently seen in the Emergency Department and ended up having to have surgery on a Sunday. Everyone at Baptist Health Richmond was absolutely wonderful! From the nurses in the ED to the imaging team and surgical team - everyone was amazing! They made me feel safe and knew exactly what to do to make me feel better.

I'd give this place a half star if I could. Worst place to go for EMERGENCY. Would rather give druggies their fix then actually help people that have legitimate problems. Situation: Come in to ER for 3rd degree burn on hand. Give me silverdine cream and send me on my way. Which they said it was 1st degree. Leave go to UK had to have surgery same day. Stay away from this hospital they value their patients only druggies.

In late July 2019 I had a very good colonoscopy procedure, with Dr. Nadeem Khan. I chose to have no sedation, which surprised some of the hospital staff. But my experience was completely trouble-free; there were some moments of "pressure" and mild discomfort, but I was glad to be able to watch the entire process, to have no recovery time, and to drive myself home! I received excellent information and advice, both at the hospital and in my followup visit. I highly recommend Dr. Khan and his entire staff.
