Baylor Surgical Hospital at Las Colinas

Had my surgery done yesterday and from the moment I walked in the receptionist was great, admin/billing was so nice and even helped my mom to took me to my surgery. All the nurses in the back were great and took super care of me. The anesthesiologist was so nice and made me feel at ease. The post op nurse was extremely sweet with taking care of me and my family with her great wishes! Amazing care!

Called a hundred times during office hours. No one picks, left dozens of voicemails. No one calls back. Have my surgery scheduled this week. Not sure if I wanna get it done here anymore..

Had my back surgery here, Dr Shah performed the surgery and the results are more than I could've imagined! The nurses taking care of me post op for 4 days were phenomenal!! As was the physical therapy! I will not go to another hospital for me or my family! Thank you Baylor Las Calinas and staff you made my stay there so comfortable and took incredible care of me!!!

I’ve had multiple surgeries throughout out my life and I must say, this hospital is hands down the BEST I’ve ever been too. Every single staff member in all departments leading up to and day of surgery was incredibly nice, friendly and professional. Best hospital service all around and the best surgery/recovery I’ve ever had as well with Dr. Neil Shah and his staff. Thank you so much, I have a STRONG feeling I’ll have a quick and painless recovery to it’s fullest and I can do the things I love once more! Oh, I almost forgot haha I had disk replacement in my neck for the surgery.

I have a great ENT Dr in the medical blog and have never had a bad experience with any of the personnel Dr office or hospital staff
