In the last 3 months I have been in this hospital 3 times and each time I was treated with kindness and compassion. This is the first time I can honestly say I have not one complaint or gripe about my care or the staff. And I have to say the food was excellent.

The lab people are great. They always get my blood drawled on the first try. After having three different cancers , drawing my blood is very hard. Sandy, pre-op nurse is great and makes sure I knew what I need to know and make sure my info was up to date. The check in people are also very kind and nice.

Incredibly disappointed in the lack of care and concern by the nurses and doctor on staff when I took my mother to Belton ER. My mother should have been admitted, however they discharged her the same night and told her to "take it easy." 2 days later she was admitted to OP Regional, and the doctors here do not know when she will be discharged. Long story short, the staff at Belton ER do not care. They are rude, unprofessional and put my mother in grave danger for not taking her condition seriously.

Was checked in quickly. The staff was really nice and listened to my symptoms. The Nurse Practitioner ( I don't remember her name) was very nice and was quick to order tests and treatment. I was able to be discharged quickly and sent home with some medications to help with my vertigo. Turns out my ears don't drain right and caused a sudden onset of vertigo and nausea.
