The Doctors and Nurses treat all patients with the upmost care and respect regardless of their race , religion, or gender. They were very attentive to my dad's needs and I was able to communicate with them with no problems.

The after surgery care was excellent, once I could order my meals and a guest meal for my husband the food was great! Always what I ordered and very helpful with what could eat, if my doctor put me on a special diet.

Got rushed in by ambulance and still waited 3 hours for someone to take my vitals, another 3 for someone to take my blood and then 2 hours later to be sent home. There was definitely pee on the floor in my room.

I had TSS (one of the rarest diseases) and one of the doctors kept insisting that I was made out to be "a lot worst than described" even though my kidneys were in full failure and I was obviously in a great amount of pain and my skin was sloughing off. He insisted that I should be put on fluids and sent home and then made a joke about politics. Now for the other doctors they were outstanding and helped me so much and all of the nurses were Angel's. But if a real doctor hadn't helped me I would of possible been dead.

Came into the ER at 5:30pm with my mother whom was experiencing chest pains. After being checked in we sat in the waiting area until 12am (6.5 hours later) and taken to a room and waited another hour before I walked out and asked what are we waiting for. At 1am (a full hour after being taken to a room), someone finally comes in and apologizes for the wait and ask “is there anything I can do to make you more comfortable.” This was the FIRST time anyone asked this since we walked in the door at 5:30pm. Fast forward to 2:40am and we are STILL here. Someone just came in and apologized saying he doctor ordered a CT Scan and she doesn’t know why they waited this long to take her because someone could’ve been taken her. She followed by saying it will take 90 mins to get the result back due to no one being here to read the results. I literally feel like the place is getting worse every time I visit. By the time my mother’s is discharged, it will be 11-12hours in the ER; totally unacceptable.
