I believe the working staff does an excellent job. I was deceived by the sign out front stating urgent care. Wanting to save money I chose urgent care. Not knowing at any time they can switch you to emergency care and not inform you. I realize I signed the I-Pad when I came in, but was not informed of the change, thus costing more money. Even staff has admitted the signage and policy is deceptive. I should have waited until next day and gone to the clinic. Very disappointed.

A couple doctors are good, most aren’t. Had a lot of issues with this building personally. Told a nurse my side of the story and he said STANDARD PROTOCOL AND SLAMMED THE DOOR today...

They do not care if you are alergic they will still put you on that medicine and not care about your health

I had my kids there and loved the personalized care, especially with my first one when I had no idea what to really expect. The ER has always gotten me in and out quickly and the MRI staff was so friendly and talked me through the whole process. The Rehab staff was awesome with my teen!

Excellent care in the ED! Thank you to the caring staff.
