I went due to being attacked. I try my best to stay out of hospital. I was so however, I was put to ease with first the nice and professional Staff. The paperwork was quick and easy, nurses very polite, the doctor was amazing with dealing with my pain very quickly. The whole staff just was very family oriented. A. answered all my questions Short waiting time and easy discharge.

Super caring staff, quickly got me back into the ER and fairly quickly got me admitted. Every nurse genuinely cared and moved quickly to get things done. Aeriele in the ER and Samantha in the hospital were the two best nurses I have ever encountered.

If there was an option to not put any Stars that's what I would rate this Hospital. My wife arrived to the hospital Saturday September 2009 a little after 11:30 and we were there till after 2 a.m. not a single lab was done even after telling them that she was diagnosed with myelofibrosis and intracranial hypertension. Only her blood pressure and temperature was taken. She came in for a severe nosebleed and complained that she felt extremely nauseous. For that has never been diagnosed with high blood pressure it climbed vigorously and fast up to 206/ 114 before they decided to give her blood pressure medicine. After the first round of nose bleeding they asked that she sit there for 30 minutes to see if it would come back or not. Not even 30 minutes in the nosebleed began once again just as severe as the last. Again nothing was done and my wife felt more nauseous and by then he would put something in for her to take. Time past and the registrar came in my wife was so disappointed that it wasn't the nurse coming through with the medicine that she said "this doesn't make any sense", which made the lady from the front very upset. She said to my wife "You are not the only one here with the nosebleed or not feeling good there's only one doctor here". We were both shocked that she was bold enough to speak that way to a patient. My wife only was asking for the nausea medicine because she didn't feel well and nobody came back to check on her. My wife told the registrar please come back later and see if she could get a nurse. She quoted "OK as soon as I get you to sign these documents for us to treat you today". My wife requested that she come back later again and to find the nurse. She walked out in anger. Once the nurse came in she said that she knew nothing about an order for nausea medication so she had to go get the doctor to actually put it in. Once she got the blood pressure and nausea medication the doctor came back in and said that she would need to stay a little bit longer something I can monitor her blood pressure and the nosebleed and after that she would have to walk around and do different activities to make sure nothing causes the bleeding to come back. The next thing I know is that after a short period the nurse came in with types of discharge papers send instructions for if her nose bleed comes back. We asked her about the walk around and different exercises and she said "You went to the restroom right?" My wife replied "Yes" and she was like "Oh that's good you can go now". I promise I will never set foot in that hospital again.

I have been here twice and I love it! When you are in pain, they get right on it and help u feel better. I have never had to wait on anything. They smile and laugh and love their jobs..in which makes my visits so stress free. They lend a ear and you can tell they really care about you. The doctors are there early for you and really explain what's going on and what needs to be done. I am visited by the volunteers, to see if I need anything to do and by my RN as well as some other nurses that help. I do love this hospital..and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for care.

The doctor never came back to even give me any news I had to ask the nurse what was going on after 2 hours of just sitting there and then finally she brought back my discharge papers. Very unprofessional. Every single last worker in there was unprofessional.
