I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. I called 3 times to your operator asking a simple question and was treated horribly, including her yelling at me for no reason and transferring me all 3 times to a robot voice telling me to go online. Absolutely terrible, I’m shocked you would even hire someone who treats people so rudely. I will 100% be changing providers after my entire experience with Sutter.

Nice.. when blood sugar low they're very helpful. So if in the vicinity and not feeling up to par, this is one place you could feel safe to retreat to and know that they'll take care of you.

My husband came to CPMC for a brain aneurysm. The doctors have all been amazing however not so much with some of the staff. There is a male nurse in ICU whom I will not name that needs to learn compassion and sympathy especially towards families who are dealing with major trauma with their loved ones. There was mistake made by another nurse resulting in my husband having to have an unnecessary procedure. Totally unacceptable. He was eventually moved to the 3rd floor. I had a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone when calling. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I had to call again and just asked the nurse to call me back. That never happened. The lack of communication from the staff is disturbing and really makes me question the quality of care.

This place is a joke. The hospital is in bad shape, upon arrival I was confronted by a gurney leaning up against the bushes with what looked like blood splatter on it... no one in sight? Once inside, the hallways are filthy, the navigation to various departments is challenging and the rooms are miss-numbered. I was there for an MRI, and upon finally finding the room there was literally no one inside for a good 15 mins to talk to. Once an individual did arrive it turns out they had messed up the schedule and I wasn’t booked for over a month out. Apparently the person that schedules the appointments had decided to go home.... with the scheduled unavailable and the individual helping me not the scheduler, he was completely unable to reschedule or provide any resolve. To say that this hospital is useless and an actual health hazard would be an understatement. Do not go here!
