We had to visit the pediatric department for my son (10) months and they got us seen with in minutes the staff was great it was the quickest Er trip we have ever had! I don't know why the rating is so bad but for peds it was great. Only thing we didn't like was the garage apparently if your there longer than 1 hr you half to pay which is ridiculous at a hospital, and the wait at the elevator smells like urine and needs a good cleaning other than n that is what nice.

Please do not go to the emergency room here!! They make you wait forever and sometimes, you can wait and never be seen by a medical provider. My mother went to the emergency room for high blood pressure and on three different occasions was not seen. She sat and waited for hours and nothing. She could have died! This was the last time they dismiss my mother and leave her to suffer. I have only heard good things about FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital and that will be our go to from now on.

I worked as a Traveler in the Operating Room, and even extended my contract because I really enjoyed working with all the staff in this department! the management was very kind to me during my time working there and I made some friends as well. If I needed surgery I would be very comfortable allowing them to take care of me. I miss them and hope that anyone that is going to be there as a surgical patient should know all the people behind the scenes you don't meet are doing a quality job for you.

This hospital is terrible! If I could I'd give them a negative 5 rating!!!! My father got admitted in the ER. Took them almost 6 hours to get him a room. Once he gets a room, they told him he should be able to leave the next afternoon after tests were ran. That didn't happen. The next day after that they decided to do another test on him..he got done with that at 4-5pm, no communication until 10 pm. At 10 pm he was notified the doctor left without reading the results and visiting with him so he'd be forced to stay another night! This staff is pitiful and disrespectful and have no concern for getting to patients in a timely manner! Would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone!

Just spent a night and day on the 1sr floor 108V. The nursing staff was beyond excellent and very caring. Linda and Jordan and , I wish I could remember all the names, were amazing!!
