I saw Dr. Emily Poff. She is an amazing doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable and she actually listens to you and what you're experiencing. I will definitely come back to see her if I need her services. I'm so glad that I have her as my doctor!

So I get a 2500 bill from collects in the mail because this hospital appears to not know how to mail me my bill. They tell me I got 4 letter but these were never received. And to make it so much better the reason I have the bill is because I went into the ER after passing out multiple times in one day. And the only answer they could give was that they didn’t know what was wrong but here’s some nausea medication. I was nauseous because I passed out!! So thank you CVMC for literally nothing except a bill and nausea medication, that I didn’t need.

Okay, this is going to be long: Had our baby here and everyone was so great throughout the process. Having a baby is stressful and it makes such a big difference when everyone, from the secrataries and assistants to the nurses and doctors, is just super friendly like all of the ones we encountered at the Nephi Clinic. We started out with Dr. Jones. He's really personable, easy going, and I felt like he cared about taking care of us and our baby. When our pregnancy ran into complications and we had to go up to Utah Valley several weeks in a row, he recommended we switch to Dr. Skinner, who works at CVMC and Utah Valley, so that we could have one doctor (rather than continuing to switch back and forth between a whole bunch of different ones at Utah Valley). While we were sad to not have Dr. Jones after we'd seen him so much, it really was thoughtful for him to switch us and it made everything so much easier during a difficult time. Dr. Skinner is more serious than Dr. Jones, but just as great. He REALLY keeps you informed on everything he's doing and on all of your different options. I think that every time he did something, even if it was routine, he would explain it out. Even when talking about risks, him keeping us informed made things a lot less frightening. In the end we had to switch to a C-section at the last minute, but we were prepared for it because he had already talked us through what we'd do if a C-section became necessary. I'll also add that my C-section experience seemed to go MUCH better than other people I know's C-sections. The doctors and nurses really knew what they were doing. I wish I knew the anesthesiologist's and all of the nurse's names, because ALL of them were amazing while I was freaking out inside and while I was recovering with my new baby. Dr. Duval is who we go to for our baby now that she's born and he's very good as well. So far, everyone we've encountered at the CVMC has been top notch. Speaking as someone who is very cynical of small town medical facilities, I'm very impressed. (Shout out for the emergency room doctor Dr. Standring and the doctor Dr.Taylor as well, we saw them both once and they were equally as nice and competant as the others I've mentioned)

4 stars just so you can see.... This is a horrible emergency room. The married doctor was hitting on all the nurses... My sister in law was unconscious and the doctor didn't do anything. I mean, why would he, he was too busy trying to get laid (He was really making the nurses uncomfortable)... He released her, and we still have no clue what medical problem caused her to go unconcious... My mom also went here one time with an infection that was going up her arm, and we left after waiting for 3 hours of them not doing anything. It's worth traveling further north to get better care. The people that work here should not be in the medical care business, because they don't care....

Had my son here in 2016. I was a transfer from home. I expected to be treated poorly considering I started off at home, and there were complications. The nurses who took care of me during my birth and afterward were angels! Every one of them were great to me. I especially remember Cory. Thank you! I'm so grateful I have had a positive birth experience at this hospital, considering it was also my first birth.
