I just spent Oct 31 to Nov 1 in this hospital for spine surgery with Dr. Michael Kramer my absolute best experience in a hospital by far. The facility, the staff, the food EVERYTHING. was absolutely fabulous as I knew it would be since 1 of my children were born there 5 of my grandchildren and both of my great grandchildren. Absolutely an amazing hospital

I think some of the people writing reviews on this site went to the ER with illnesses a primary care doctor would be sufficient for care they seek. People need to say to their self....would I call 911 for the problem I am having. If you won't call 911.....go to your primary care doctor. Whining that you are waiting and waiting in the ER to be seen should be a hint...you do not have an emergency. The guy that just came in, and before he could fill out paperwork...they whisk him into a room and then the ICU should be a clue. When you read these reviews keep this in mind. My brother in law was barely breathing. They took him over your primary care problem that you waited all week to deal with, panicked then went to the ER on Friday night or Saturday when your primary care doctor does not have hours. ER rooms triage....this means life threatening (can't breath, bleeding to death, heart not working) take precedence over chronic pain. Also...EVERYONE BUY A THERMOMETER. Take your temp when you feel bad so you can give the doctors a CLUE!

They f-ed up billing and one full calendar year after service and no contact tried to collect on me. Some idiot secretary in Rookwood billed the wrong insurance (even though all the other clinics managed to bill the correct one) and they waited a full year to mention there was a problem. Fortunately for them, their screw up is cheaper that legal fees. If you have to use them, make sure to speak very slowly to the staff so they don't mess up billing.

The spine and joint staff were awesome. My wife had a hip procedure done. Amazingly, she had surgery, rehab, and discharged in 24 hours. She had great care from all employees. We have had several procedures in our life, but the hospital and staff are the best we've experienced. Thank u. Raymond smith

My father received inpatient care at TCH in February 2018, then again in September 2018. He (and I) were treated with the utmost kindness and quality care. Physicians accurately diagnosed and treated Dad quickly. The Nurses and PCAs were eager to help in every way possible. Thanks to a great team of professionals!
