feedback about Christ Hospital
My husband has had bilateral hip replacements. Our nurse that we recently had, Kelley, was simply amazing. She is a nurse in the Joint and Spine Center. She was warm, caring friendly, and a wonderful sense of humor that makes you feel like she’s part of the family. Thanks for taking such great care of my husband. You are definitely in the right profession!
My mom and I had an extended stay while she recovered from an intense surgery. I expected this hospital staff to be like most of the others: some great and some not so great. The staff in the cardiac step down unit was AMAZING. Every single one: nurses, PCAs, cardiac rehab therapists...etc . My mom was cared for with patience and kindness and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok. I wish other hospitals could see this team, they could learn so many things.
I just spent Oct 31 to Nov 1 in this hospital for spine surgery with Dr. Michael Kramer my absolute best experience in a hospital by far. The facility, the staff, the food EVERYTHING. was absolutely fabulous as I knew it would be since 1 of my children were born there 5 of my grandchildren and both of my great grandchildren. Absolutely an amazing hospital
I think some of the people writing reviews on this site went to the ER with illnesses a primary care doctor would be sufficient for care they seek. People need to say to their self....would I call 911 for the problem I am having. If you won't call 911.....go to your primary care doctor. Whining that you are waiting and waiting in the ER to be seen should be a hint...you do not have an emergency. The guy that just came in, and before he could fill out paperwork...they whisk him into a room and then the ICU should be a clue. When you read these reviews keep this in mind. My brother in law was barely breathing. They took him over your primary care problem that you waited all week to deal with, panicked then went to the ER on Friday night or Saturday when your primary care doctor does not have hours. ER rooms triage....this means life threatening (can't breath, bleeding to death, heart not working) take precedence over chronic pain. Also...EVERYONE BUY A THERMOMETER. Take your temp when you feel bad so you can give the doctors a CLUE!
Went to the Emergency department cause of gastroparesis acting up and since I wasnt in excruciating pain by the time I got there was told the ER is not a joke by front desk attendant then not seen. As if my life is a joke NO THANKS CHRIST HOSPITAL. You deserve no stars.
