We were put in an ER exam room 3+ hours ago. The only person we've seen walk in the room is a guy who was lost. I've never been in a hospital that puts folks in a room and doesn't check on the patient for 3+ hours. Poor people of Claremore. I feel badly for you... someone has lowered the bar on your healthcare.

The staff is so polite and respectful. My husband has gotten better care and attention than he ever got at the larger hospitals in Tulsa.

I had a walk in appointment for my daughter yesterday and we had such a pleasant experience! Dr. Jordan and her nurse were AMAZING! with my daughter. They took care of her with compassion and skill, and they were so efficient! Dr. Jordan even called me before she left the office for the day to check on my daughter. Excellent care!!!
