Some staff were disrespectful and some weren’t. Some of the staff knew me as a baby and is very nice. My mother thinks she has a thyroid but once she told the doctor the doctor just took a glance at my mothers neck and said “you’re fine” without touching my mothers neck. Hope the disrespectful staff will be at least nicer or put a little more effort to their job.
I had a little cancer scare and went here at night to get tested. Long story short, they did the work very quickly, not too quickly, its still a hospital, but I've been to enough of these places to know that my wait time was ok. Would have been 4 stars if I had been treated by the doctor and not the PA though.
Had an appointment for 8am, ended up seeing the doctor at 12pm. Most others around me waiting for about as long. The specialist doctor I needed was only present on Wednesday mornings every other week and leaves after lunch.
Severely understaffed and overcrowded with patients. To rub salt into the wound, most workers really take their time shuffling across corridors and quietly calling people for their appointments.
MOST HORRIFIC HEALTHCARE PLACE in the city. Wouldn't even call it a hospital. Went there for prenatal care. First OBGYN yelled at me for a "good morning". The second one (because they can't guarantee you'll see the same specialist when you go) didn't even want to do a checkup or talk to me, just ordered her PA to do bunch of unnecessary tests.
I was requested to do a blood work, which is done by a private company located IN the hospital. After I had to wait almost 2 hours to have 9 vials of blood taken, they somehow lost the data and needed me to give blood again...
I took my daughter to pediatric ER no pts at all. Recaption guy was so mean didn’t even wanna say hi uneducated. MA also was rude doesn’t now how to talk with kids
