They told me I strained my acl, that it would heal by itself (still having issues) after waiting 4 hours. They didn’t even use the proper equipment or offer any physical therapy programs. They shipped me on my way and was done with it. When I request the Xrays, (which don’t even show ligaments) they sent me paperwork of the nurse saying nothing was wrong. Poor work ethics, they were eating while speaking to me and they didn’t resolve the problem or recommend me to someone who could, It was a waste of my time and my money.

Staff here is really nice and professional. My mom is in ICU and getting fantastic care. All of the nurses and doctors are great.

I have been using Confluence as my main medical provider for the past five years and have been consistently frustrated by their slow, inept service. Without exception, getting my medication (which is a schedule II drug and requires a hard copy signed by the doctor) always ends up in a multiple-day ordeal. Once again, I tried getting a refill on my once-daily medication today, only to have them offer to fit me in for an appointment four months from now, suggesting that I simply go without my necessary medication until then. So far, this has taken me three days to get a refill and still no end in sight. The nurses and aids are extremely unhelpful, almost never ever answer their phones, and wait for days to return calls. This is the pattern that repeats itself virtually every time I attempt to get my refill or deal with Confluence in any sort of capacity. One of the must frustrating businesses I’ve ever dealt with, and especially so as it affects my health and well-being.

Absolutely terrible switches - when you call to make an appointment, you are on hold - forever, opt to call back and the VRU circles you around. Ridiculous. And, it takes forever to get scheduled to see physicians. After being a patient for over 13 years, we are switching to another health system. Figure it out - it shouldn't take someone 4 months to see a physician.
