My brother, Richard, was brought to Cox in bad condition. The critical care unit personnel was more than WONDERFUL. Their professional and caring manner toward myself and my brother made this experience better for both of us. I just want Cox Medical Center to know we thank you all for your help. Richard & Deborah.

Want to thank the staff at Cox Branson emergency on evening of 9/12/19 . They quickly treated my wife for what at first appeared a heart condition but on further examination was a saddle blood clot in the lungs. The staff and Drs were efficient, honest and caring. They gave us straight answers as to course of action, and what may or may not happen. The care was fantastic. On Friday they transferred her to Cox South, CCU where again the care team on each shift were amazing. They performed a Catheterization thrombosis Friday. Even the lab techs were fantastic, apologizing for having to take blood so often, particularly when it became extremely difficult to find her veins. On Monday she got out of CCU and was transferred to 3rd floor where again care by nurses aids and Dr. Was great. She was released Tuesday afternoon allowing us to safely go home to Ohio. Again special thank you to all.

A complete and total lack of communication and logistical location of patients.

Has improved greatly since Cox has taken over frienly nurses and great staff

I tried getting a hold of my family member that was admitted Sunday evening, the nurse in critical care Dept. said i could talk to him, she went to go get him and the phone hung up. I'd say that's not the hospitality I would want if they are going to be rude like that.
