Brought in a friend last night per doctor request waited 2 hours before asking how long it might be. it's a 8hr wait at this time. One senior lady sitting and crying in pain she had been there 4hrs already broke my heart for her. Another lady got there at 1030 am. Took her back 730pm. I just do not understand what is going on. Yes we left no way I was was letting my friend sit in pain when they would be more comfortable at home. See doctor next day. What happened to patient care???.

My adult son was seen because of an injury to his ankle. It was severely bruised and very swollen. They diagnosed him with a grade 2 sprain. I have some experience with sprains and they never even suggested crutches or wrapped it. Gave him RICE instructions and sent him on his way. I find this ludicrous. They said he could wrap it but never even showed him how. I know for a fact if not done correctly this can cause further injury. Sad medical facility and medical personnel. I would recommend no one use this facility. Curious if he would of been treated better if he had insurance.

This hospital is a complete joke. Care is uninformed and unprofessional. Compassion and bedside manner is totally lacking.

It took almost a full day to get a room onto the proper floor for people that had had a stroke. And then it took almost the whole time there to get something for pain.

I had an asthma attack and came to the hospital where I was put into a storage room because they didn't have room for me and then they forgot me and I sat there for 10 hours before someone asked me why I was there. Fast forward three months and I had an asthma attack again and ended up sitting in the emergency waiting room for 6 1/2 hours without being seen. Luckily my attack went away and I didn't die in the waiting room. I don't think there's worse facility on Earth than this Hospital.
