Sweet Thang2

Great Staff. Helpfull. All the Dr's and nurses work so well together. Loved how clean it was. Will definitely tell people I know how great the experience was, even though my brother-in-law was taken there for a mini stroke. He was taken care of fast and he was impressed with everyone!

Best hospital in the area plus all my doctors are on staff there. Quality care givers and nurses every time I was a patient there. The emergency room and ICU department have very good nurses and doctors. I have been in the tower as a patient and on the telemetry floor a year ago. I have been going to this hospital for 15 years. Have been a patient here too many times to count and have had 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandson born here. Highly recommend this hospital.

I had a appointment to see my doctor which i set up 4 months in advance. They did not bother to call me to inform me that it had to be moved. 4 months shot. Then they told me to call again to reset up appointment. Been on hold now for 1 hour and still waiting. If you want a better hospital and stay alive go to Aurora Mercy Hospital. They saved my life when i had a massive heart attack. Do not think i would survive this inept hospital. On a lighter note they need more people to answer the phone in the Cardiology Department so you do not wait 1.5 hours now to pick up the phone.

I’m not from the area but this was the closest place by ambulance. The ER front desk staff was friendly, ICU nurses were all attentive and doctors very knowledgeable. I would receive care here again.

If I could give no stars I would. I called last week to get my mammograms sent to me and have yet to hear from “Kim” who I was told is in charge of getting those out. The radiologist at the new imaging center needs them to compare with past mammograms. It’s hard enough what one has to go through with these tests and have to wait even longer to get results due to people not being on task. The scary thing is that breast cancer runs in my family and you have only delayed my results. I had always loved the care of Delnor but this is a big let down. I had high regards of Delnor but this is enough of a letdown that I will never come back.
