Got here by ambulance. When I arrived they told the guys where to put me we get to the room a nurse in there sleep and didnt want to leave, so I got another room I told them everything that I was there for they really didnt care to much only treated one issue and said move along. Wait in the lobby we have a person coming to the room, I was brought here with no shoes so now I'm freezing back still hurts, but I bet I'll get a nice bill though smh. I'll die before I come here again.

I cannot be more thankful for the emergency treatment I received at Doctors Hospital on 5/20/19. Rosa the Charge Nurse and Jaime the RN as well as the attending physician Dr. Zurita were my heroes/my rock stars that day!! From the moment I arrived thru my stay and ultimately discharge I couldn’t have asked for a better medical team to take care of me. They were very proactive in my care, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got the care I really needed that day. Thanks Doctors Hospital❤️

Poor service and offered no room to wait in just an empty hallway....

The waiting room was filled with illegal aliens. When we asked what the wait time was, the dumb short ugly girl at the front desk said there were nine people in front of us. What an idiot! This is an EMERGENCY ROOM!!! People with emergencies should come before captured illegal aliens just being triaged. Hire better staff because that girl was worthless! When I got to LMC, found out my apendix was about to rupture so I was immediately admitted. Emergency rooms are for people with emergencies.

Arrived at 2pm so they can remove my son's stitches from a laceration. Approximately 4 patients in front of me. I walked out after 2 hours since apparently they care more about attending CBP detainees first than US Citizens. Luckily I'm fortunate enough to have served in our armed forces and currently serving in Law Enforcement, so I know a thing or two about first aid. I'll gladly and safely remove the stitches myself.
