Doctors Hospital of West Covina

Did not know it was not a full hospital facility. Had I known, I would have had my mother transferred out of there a second later. Doctors are on call and when they do show up, they do not take the time to examine the patient, but instead follow-up with nurses since they do all the work. Worse facility in West Covina.

This hospital is not good at all , terrible nurses and bad service, my dad was admitted to the hospital sick and because is the closest one otherwise we won't let him in here, most of them are just ignore patients when they need help, they just seat there and talk, very loud when the patients try to rest and sleep, they put a big QUIET ZONE sign but they are the one need to be quite. We won't let my dad come here next time, we hate this hospital!!!!

The nicest and kindest staff. Very attentive and helpful. They cared for my old mother for 3 days with much warmth and care

I went in today early around 8, but the doctor was kept with an emergency, so I had to come back at 11. That's okay, I figured, I don't have an appointment, what can I expect? But they graciously gave me a voucher for the inconvinence, which was so appreciated and unexpected. When I went back a little before 11, everyone I saw and interacted with were so kind during my visit. I felt very well cared for, and I cannot say enough just how much easier the whole experience was because of their wonderful staff!
