Went in last Sunday night with bad pain in my left kidney area, got me in fast at the E.R. and discovered I had kidney stones, got the pain under control and cat scan over quick. Had an awesome nurse, didn't get his name, he had experienced the same thing as me previously and was very professional and great at his job.

Daily Escape

Great care, I was not feeling well, and did not have an appointment, but they were able to get me in to see a Dr that day. The staff are so pleasant and caring. My wait time was minimal for my visit being unexpected. Nursing staff was courteous and asked the right questions of what brought me out to see Dr. once the Dr came, she was very friendly and listened to my concerns. She suggested a treatment that I was agreeable with, the office called in my prescription, and within days I was feeling better. Thankful Wood County has such a beautiful hospital filled with courteous staff so close to home.

We were the only ones in the waiting room, and still here waiting for over half an hour. Should have went to mother Frances

Only been there once but way better than others in the area. Courteous and organized with far less attitude than others. Keep it up!

There is not another ER in the USA as bad as this one. I unfortunately had to experience this place twice and thought hospitals in Florida were bad. It takes 3 hours to get vitals then another 2 hours to get a room. Once in the room you get to wait another couple of hours to be seen. The entire time the staff including the Doctor are eating and playing on their phones at the desk area. Unbelievable. You have been WARNED!! I can't believe UT has their name associated with this place.
