Staffed with unqualified providers who have no ER training, hired by even more unqualified staffing agency. Most providers do not even have primary care training so they cannot even treat your child's everyday problem without causing harm. I guess after reading the reviews, does not look like admin cares about what is going on in the hospital.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE HOSPTIAL. My uncle came here for a broken arm and they took their time and didn’t care to help him at all. He was crying and needing help and they were just standing in the hall talking about nothing. Bad bad service. I wouldn’t even rate them a star but that’s all they get.

ER doctor rude, condescending, no compassion or bedside manner and acted like we were a bother. Nurses were also rude and not helpful. Waste of time. No help. Not even given options of anything helpful. Will just go on to Fort Smith for some Real patient centered care next time in need.

Everytime I've been here bedside manner has sucked. Last time I went was for my daughter about week ago. They overdosed her with tylenol because she was uncomfortable. Sent us home telling us it was bronchiolitis and it wasn't contagious. BS everyone in my house is sick now

AVOID GOING HERE,GO TO SPARKS IN FORT SMITH IF YOU CAN! My mom could barely breath she was about to pass out & I had told the nurse,her response was "she's fine she's sitting down if she passes out it's fine" & they gave my mom a cup to pee in it & my mom said if she had to do it in that instant?mind you she couldn't even walk & she could barely breath!!!!! the nurse said "well the longer you wait the longer you'll be here & the more you have to wait to get your results" She also told us that she was going to give my mom an insulin shot....yeah never happened until like 3 hours later when another nurse did it!!!!!! She was being super rude that nurse needs to be fired! Idk if Eomc reads these but if it helps she had brown hair & we went around 5 am & she was their up until 8 ish & her name started with an R I think it was Randy?Then they had another nurse take care of my mom which was a much better nurse,he knew what he was doing.
