AVOID GOING HERE,GO TO SPARKS IN FORT SMITH IF YOU CAN! My mom could barely breath she was about to pass out & I had told the nurse, her response was "she's fine she's sitting down if she passes out it's fine" & they gave my mom a cup to pee in it & my mom said if she had to do it in that instant?mind you she couldn't even walk & she could barely breath!!!!! the nurse said "well the longer you wait the longer you'll be here & the more you have to wait to get your results" She also told us that she was going to give my mom an insulin shot....yeah never happened until like 3 hours later when another nurse did it!!!!!! She was being super rude that nurse needs to be fired! Idk if Eomc reads these but if it helps she had brown hair & we went around 5 am & she was their up until 8 ish & her name started with an R I think it was Randy? Then they had another nurse take care of my mom which was a much better nurse,he knew what he was doing.

Yeah i defintely dont recommend this place! I had 3 nurses and 2 of them wasnt bad. That was Brandy and i think the other was Lizzy. But then the other one was so hateful. I kept telling them that i think im having a reaction to a medication because this happened to me before while taking the same medicine. It makes my heart beat fast, unable to pee and i guess it causes me to have a seizure. I guess i had a 15 sec seizure while i was there. So then that grumpy nurse lady was like im going to have to get your license suspended. I told her plain and simply that my neuorologist plain and simply said i dont have epilepsy. I dont think she had the right to do that. I think it should be up to my neurologist. He said im fine to drive. He even told me my seizure could have been from benadryl which i guess im allergic to it. But at least now i know its the benadryl that causes me these side effects. I do not recommend this place at all!! Oh amd i think the hateful nurse i had was Randy too. Probably in her 40s or 50s with brown hair.

They can't do anything for you. They will send you home even if your dying and tell you nothings wrong with you.

I came into this hospital with a 105 fever and the Doctor took care of me at once. They begin running lots of test and yes it took a while. But the nurse was very attentive and helpful. He did not leave me sitting alone for long. They found what was causing the fever. Gave me a shot of antibiotics and a prescription for some and let me leave once the fever was down significantly. They made me a deal that they would let me leave if i promised to get a motel room for the night. See I was traveling from Missouri to Texas. I did and I starting feeling better in about 48 hours.
