Franciscan St Anthony Health – Crown Point

Labor and delivery horrible experience they don’t want to be bother with African American patients they refused to allow me to use a breast pump instead the sent me home. Lactation specialist didn’t wanna help either. They only reason I chose this hospital was because my doctor Kelli Crowley could only delivery her and she wasn’t that great either. It was only one nice nurse out of 5.

The entire staff that my husband and I dealt with in the OR were wonderful. My husband had to have a surgery and we didn't have insurance, they gave us all kinds of options including any financial assistance we could qualify for. They were very comforting both before and after surgery..answering any questions and concerns with helpfulness and spot on answers always treating us with dignity and respect. We would like to give a special heart felt thanks to Rhonda in pre-op and Jessica in recovery, you two especially made our brief stay there very comfortable and even had us laughing! Thank you so much! You treated us like family! We could never thank you enough for giving us a normal life back! Dr. Mueller and his entire staff were wonderful in their treatment of my husband..so again THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

By far in my opinion the worse hosptial around. They sent a loved one back the same night claimed "nothing was wrong" they died that same night. Then sent another one home needing stiches but instead just put a gauze pad on filling up with blood who does that? I think this hosptial is incompetent!

One word sucks but then again maybe a little more over heard TWO nurses that were make fun of patent so their behavior is really and truly rude and down right wrong. then over heard a EMT put down the other one in front of people and that behavior is really wrong so If I ever have to go to a hospital it won't be this one.

I had my first baby here at 32 weeks! The staff was incredibly comforting, helpful, caring, and friendly. The NICU staff is amazing and gave wonderful care to my son for 4 weeks!
