I cannot believe that someone from the 3rd floor nursing staff actually sent me a hand written letter. It was clear that they were under staffed. Everyone still ran around and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. Thank you.
I've had several experiences at this hospital due to a challenging pregnancy.
-I have come in through the emergency room twice at night with complications. I was taken up to L&D extremely quickly and was met with care, concern, and professionalism.
-I took my 3 year old to the ER for nursemaid's elbow. They were very fast to care for her and very accommodating for a scared little girl.
-I also had to go to L&D for monitoring multiple times from my doctor's appointments and found the same. I usually had my 3 year old in tow with me and they were very caring toward her as well as me.
Hands down the best hospital I have been to. The Labor and Delivery unit is phenomenal. The staff that took care of me and my little one are some of the most kind and genuine individuals I have ever met. It was such a blessing to have them. The nurses are wonderful, accommodating, and considerate. The doctors are amazing here as well.
Was with my sister and brother in law taking my nephew to the hospital for trauma to his head from an accident. Waited patiently for results from ct scan and out of everyone who came in and out one nurse name missy said someone had to stay in waiting room. We weren't making noise or anything. She had the nerve to call security and make an issue when we didnt want to be split up and we weren't doing anything wrong. It would be different if it was just my sister with all the kids by herself. They would have to deal with it. I'm filling a complaint with her and the hospital for this rude behavior and lack of respect.
You killed my grandma. She didn’t have any previous medical conditions. She came in after collapsing after work. My mother, a nurse of 23 years, showed up after rushing from work and their oxygen tube wasn’t even hooked up to anything. They didn’t know what cause of death was besides giving her too much medicine to relax. After not knowing what else to say they guessed it was a brain stem stroke. She wasn’t even sick or having medical problems but left an extremely important part of my family at the age of 56. I wouldn’t trust this hospital ever again. Hope you sleep well at night because I know it’s been a year later and I still can’t.
