Had neck fusion surgery done here. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Very attentive nurses.

My wife had a procedure there about 3 weeks ago. The way everybody there treated my wife and I was awesome. The staff and medical professionals was first class. Before the procedure, the surgical team all came in and introduce themselves to her and I and told us the steps they were going to do. I just want to thank everyone there for doing such a great job and taking care of my wife. These people do a great job!

My mother was treated for a bowel obstruction at this establishment a couple years ago. I have nothing but wonderful things to say regarding her doctor and surgeon. However, her male nurse was a complete other story. That "man" was a joke. I went to see my mom the day after surgery to give her love and support. I happened to recognize her male nurse as a fellow graduate from Clovis High School. My ONLY words were "did you go to Clovis High?" He responded with "yes, I did." With what I can only describe as a "deer in the headlights" expression. All I said was he looked familiar. FROM THAT POINT ON, HE WAS RUDE TO MY MOTHER (the patient) and her family. He made her put her slippers on, all on her own (a 68 year old woman who was brought in not 24 hours prior with an emergency bowel obstruction) among other tasks HE SHOULD HAVE HELPED HER WITH. I WILL NEVER forget that poor excuse for a nurse so long as I live. He RUINED any positive experience I may have had with that hospital.

I had surgery here last week and I have to say that it was by far the best experience ever! The nursing staff was so amazing, I had a few complications and they made sure to check on me and see if I needed anything. I thank everyone at the hospital for the amazing treatment I received ❤
