Just filed a compliance report on this hospital. My Dad was supposed to be admitted today, because he couldn't be admitted last night due to no rooms. The Dr's office called after hearing from the hospital and he was told to be there at 1pm. He arrives only to be told, 'oops, we forgot to call the Dr's office back and tell them we DON'T have a room.' This hospital needs to be take over by a company who will completely revamp it with staff who can do a better job than this.

WORST HOSPITAL EVER! Sat there for FOUR hours just to be told "i'm sorry we can't do anything for you".

Thank you to a wonderful staff and to Dr. Davenport that helped turn a scary situation for me into a pleasant one yesterday while I had my gallbladder removed. Its nice to see such caring and professional people in an otherwise difficult and strenuous job. From admittance till they rolled me out to the car they treated me like I was a personal friend and eased my every concern more than once during the whole procedure. Thank you so much and my love and appreciation goes out to you all.

I visited Etowah Pulmonology, Dr. Masood more specifically. Service was adequate and I paid my copays at the time of service. However it was after services were rendered and I experienced their fraudulent billing practices that it all went down hill. I was billed by Gadsden Regional Physician Group Preactice LLC for an additional Dr. to review my sleep study when there were no irregularities. Upon calling to inquire about the additional charge the billing manager was very rude and hung up on me telling me I had no choice or say in the matter. Now when I call back I can only leave a voicemail and my calls are never returned. Gadsden Regional and CMS should look deeper into this situation and see how frequently they are padding their accounts with additional unnecessary charges.

I am a Vet US. ARMY. Stopped because I have a case of food poisoning. I was treated like I didn't even matter. I would call for assistance and no one would come, or when they felt like coming to my room they would be like oh let me get your nurse and they would never come back. And they would never get my nurse. I had to unhook my own IV. To use the bathroom. And no one was there to assist me. I would see them standing around talking to each other like they were not busy at all. I cryed in pain for more then 1 hour. No one would come to my room. To check and see what I needed. I got there at 9am. Left at 3pm. I was in pain the whole time.
