I have been to GCRH, several times with my cardiac history over the past 5 or more years now. I recently went to the ER with a shoulder injury, which I saw Dr. Hall for a max of less than a minute. He just ask me what was wrong and he said where does it hurt, never looked at swelling and low swag of my shoulder, just sent me for Cray. Came back to room set for a few more minutes, nurse came in and said ok you ready to go nothing wrong gave me prescription of inflammatory medicine.
Well it's been about 2 weeks now shoulder still in pain , uncomfortable and still swollen. So my primary Dr. wants my records so he can look at Cray so he can get me to orthopedic. I got myvrecorfs today from hospital.
My records show miscellaneous problems on my "problem list , basically got me looking like I'm a drug head and medicine abuse. Which the medicine I take that I have in my system is my prescriptions that I take everyday that I am prescribed by my doctors.
Furthermore I can see how I'm " identified as a problem drug user". I would assume this is why when I go there with chest pain , I set in waiting room too long for a person with my history. I hope and pray that the administration and members of the board of directors see this review I have written. I would like for them to invite me into their meeting to discuss all the negative assumptions about me and this information that is on my medical records which affects treatment procedure for me as a number or druggie which I am by no means. I don't want to hurt like I do but when it gets so bad that I can't handle it, I thought that was what the hospital was for, to work for and with the people that tryst them with their lives.
Feel free to contact me about this situation. I know for sure you have all my contact info cause I hear from the billing dept. every month. If anyone else reads this please pass it on so maybe some of the board or members will see it. God Bless All

I just had a baby so this is for the "Labor and Delivery". I have been blessed to have the same nurses every time I delivered here. They were great on every level. They rooms are very decent & as comfortable as you can expect a hospital room to be. I am very satisfied with the care given to me and my baby. My biggest downside is the food. And not all of it is bad, but the eggs and oatmeal I don't recommend. But the "Labor and Delivery" staff is great. The nurses really make this a great place to deliver.

My Mother has spent the las week in ICU, she was combative and incoherent so they kept my Mother so sedated she hasn’t awoke in 72 hours. Today they announced her infections were gone and she had to be discharged. Mind you, she still has not awoke. They at first demanded my brother, in his truck take her home, when he explained she wasn’t awake and couldn’t get her in the truck and then out upon arrival, they arranged for an ambulance to take her away. They did not want to move her to a regular room but insisted she leave the hospital from the icu. Just let something happen to her, I’ll be finding a lawyer! Please, unless you need stitches, DO NOT take your loved ones to this facility. I will be going to the state authorities about this.

Went in with severe migraine. Waited 2 hours in waiting room. Fine with that. Get called back 1 hour before shift change. By shift change still no dr or nurse. 6:15pm husband asks how much longer..."just a little while " hes told. He goes to the parking lot and dr hall is there strolling around admiring the view. By 7: 20 still no nurse to check on me or update me on wait and no dr. Hall. I leave while employees sitting on asses doing nothing. Not their fault though if they don't have a dr. To tell them what to do.

My daughter was seen by Dr. Marble the week of Thanksgiving. Very rude and unprofessional. He made remarks about my child's weight, and stated that I was looking at a 400 lb daughter. She was so humiliated and embarrassed, and I was so angry and so shocked about the statements that he made. This hasn't happened once but TWICE. He acts as if he can't stand you the moment he walks through the door. I don't understand how a doctor can be so uncaring for his patients. My daughter and I both wanted to cry. 0 star rating for me.
