Worst emergency room experience, my daughter went there for acute asthma treatment and was coughing continuously but no one responded any sooner, the nurse was rude and had to be reminded every time to initiate the prescribed treatments , she acted busy but actually was just roaming around, we waited for three hours and it seemed like a joke receiving emergency medical facilities. Please never go to this hospital ever

Good Samaritan hospital has 2 separate emergency rooms. Segregated emergency rooms. Ambulances, and walk-ins from 1 local community, go to the door in the waiting room on the right. All others, are sent, to a different emergency room. I watched my friend receive sub-par treatment. At best. P.A. "forgot"to write prescription for an MRI. Nurses handed crutches to my injured friend, with discharge papers, after his xray. He almost fell, walking from examintion room, thru. E.R. waiting room to leave. as he had a foot, ankle and knee injury. No wheel chair offered.
Segregation is an ugly word. I don't believe in supporting any hospital, business, or company; that engages in such practices.
*Prior to leaving, l confronted an emergency room staff member about this. She reluctantly confirmed my observations.

The ER is horribly operated. I took my wife there at 9:45pm on a Friday night for a stabbing stomach pain. After sitting there for two hours without an update I asked the women at the registration counter how much longer we. We'd to wait as my wife is in excruciating pain. All she could say is that she didn't know and that they were busy. I then asked if doctors were even working because since we arrived no one else was called in. Her response, "they are coming". We ended up just leaving after waiting for three hours without being seen by a doctor. They are understaffed and a total waste of time.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Waited three hours before I was taken to the back and then still waited. I finally left. If I could give this negative 5 stars I would. but I had to give it one star to get posted.
