Just had a great experience at Granville Primary Care. Staff was helpful and efficient. Glad to know they are there when my family needs them.
The doctor doesn’t know what he is doing! I came for a tooth infection they should’ve just said he don’t know how to do it. He should know what a infection look like as a doctor.
Great nurses on the second floor delivery. Jenifer and Anita have been there a lot of years caring for delivery patients and boy are they sweethearts. They did a wonderful job with my grand baby girl. Thank you so much 😘
I’ve always chose Granville over murder parham but from now on I will drive to duke before I ever step foot in Granville hospital again! I take my husband in cause he’s deathly ill, he was honest and told them he smiles pot on occasion (maybe once a month) he has severe back problems and sees a pain management specialist and some days he has far more pain than anyone can bear so he’s will smoke maybe 3 days out of the month. On his diagnosis this loss poor excuse for a dr puts MARAJUANA ABUSE! Seriously!? Smoking 3 days a month and sometimes going 5 months not smoking is NOT abuse! To label someone as abusing something is uncalled for! Had she cared more about the symptoms that smoking pot 3 days a month he may have been treated better! Then instead of asking him about the news meds he’s on and learning about the “false positives” that one drug in particular causes in 89% of patients they assume he’s a full blown meth addict! He’s never done meth a day in his life! When he was in addiction he abused downers and for anyone that knows about drugs, meth is not a downer! This hospital staff for 6/29/18 was careless, abusive, and down right nasty! Their attitudes stunk! The only decent human in there was a student Lpn! DONT ASSUME! He cannot abuse drugs. He sees a dr every single month that drug tests him regularly. If he was a meth addict he’d be out hustling to get money to support a habit. My husband hasn’t worked in 2 years and when he did work he signed his checks and gave them to me only keeping $20. So this hospital needs to teach their staff about a word called empathy! Sertraline has proven to cause false positives for Amphetamines, LSD, and benzodiazepines. All of which came back negative except for amohetamines. Study your medications! And then to approach me and ask me how long he’s been abusing illicit drugs!? Seriously!? How about care about your patients, he isn’t a seeker, he doesn’t “abuse” illicit nor prescription drugs, the director of this facility will be having a call today and if they can’t speak today I’ll be sitting in the parking lot at 7 am Monday morning
This has to be the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. My wife and I went through a horrible experience of a miscarriage. When it was diagnosed the doctor set up an OR date for surgery to have a DNC. Then the hospital called saying we have to pay in full before they will perform any elective surgeries having zero compassion about the situation of course. Stating if we can’t pay in full we will have to get a loan before they will touch her. I have no problem paying my bills or paying for a service but telling my wife that they will not touch her until she pays is unacceptable. What kind of place is this
