I recently cut my wrist at home. Rushed to Dr Batterton’s office because I only live 5 blocks away. They immediately called for the ambulance, then started working on my wrist as blood was spurting out. The nurses acted very quickly and professionally. They had the bleeding under control before the ambulance got there. The office help also pitched and did what they could. I believe the nurses were Michelle and Kerri. They were outstanding! The e.r. Staff was also great once I got to the hospital. The ambulance crew was very quick and professional. Great work by all involved. Thanks to all.

I have had wonderful care each time myself and children have been here. I myself, had a few ER visits and compared to the care I had in a Chicago ER, our hospital was by FAR a better experience. Also, my son had to do a strep test a few weeks ago in the lab and we were back there in 10 minutes and the lab techs had him out in less than 5. They were very friendly and made him feel comfortable and less scared. I believe a lot of hard work has gone into making this hospital the best it can be in my opinion, it shows. Thank you!

Dr was very rude. I had been vomiting and had diarrhea for a solid 36 hours. My liver, pancreas, and gallbladder enzymes were out of balance. White blood cell count elevated. Some very high, some very low. Dr told me it was my fault and sent me out of the ER before I even got the bag of saline (that I bought) into my system for hydration. I laid in bed for the next 3 days at home thinking I was going to die. Still don't know what is wrong. I'll NEVER visit this ER again, nor will my wife or children.
