Grossmont Hospital

I was freezing in 90 degree weather so I knew something wasn't right. My husband brought me here. The vampires here are really good, they have only had to stick me once. I feel like I'm in good hands. Here is the view from my room.

Checking my dad into the emergency room at this place was a nightmare and I’m extremely worried about whats to come as he continues treatment in the emergency department. The staff are volatile and treat you less than human. They wouldn’t let me accompany my dad who was barely able to speak to check in. I couldn’t even say goodbye to him without being ripped away. if you end up having to come here, fight for your rights and for your loved ones. Advocate.

This review is for the rehabilitation center. We were very impressed. The grounds are very nice, equipment center is great, and the staff is amazing. I’m told the food isn’t too bad either.

This isn't the same E. R. Your use to. The staff is quick percise , and to the point. On a Sunday evening, I was admitted, reviewed and helped way faster then it was 5 years ago. Much cleaner and there system works. I'm use to being checked in and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. They are getting it down tight, a big difference then your use to. Thank you

Can't believe they set their clocks ahead so it goes into the next hour so you have to pay more. Like having a loved one In the hospital isn't stressful enough. I was home (according to clocks in car, on phone and on TV) before the time they charged me for.
