My experience here was top notch. I had an outpatient minor procedure and the nurses and Dr. Ko were the best. They took time to listen, cared about my physical AND mental well being and even made being there kind of (fun?!). When the staff vibe is so positive, it implies that the place is run well from the top down. I even got a thank you card from my nurse! Very much appreciated.
We had a family member in the ICU for a week and we couldn't be happier with this hospital. They have the most caring and hardworking team working 24/7 (we were day all day and taking turns staying over night as well and these people don't stop). The hospital is sparkling clean everywhere you go and they care for the patients as if they were family. We, the family, felt very well treated by everyone in the hospital as well, not only the medical staff. There was people checking on us constantly, they would either greet you, give a smile or offer you whatever was needed.
I wish there was opportunity to give zero stars on here. Filthy dirty hospital with filthy restrooms for families. My husband had to clean the bathroom in my room himself . My family also had a horrible experience getting information from Dr. Nadarajah. No communication skills or bedside manner at all. Did not feel informed about my care. I will go elsewhere for my care before I come here again.
This is one of the cleanest most efficient ER I've ever been to. Had emergency gallbladder surgery here which went amazing... next day!. Never have to wait long when I went to the ER. Staff and services wonderful.
Jaymes A. Testa PA, has to be one of the best practitioners whom has ever cared for my family or I!
During a visit to the ER, for my daughters apparent broken toe, Jaymes gave my daughter a very thorough and extensive ER consult. But, not only that, he did this all with comedy, a big smile, and an extremely nurturing demeanor.
He made us laugh, which is a tough thing to do, when you are waiting in a busy ER. He drew a picture of my daughters foot and taught my girls about her toe and what happened to her. His caring approach and general interest and warmth towards my girls had us speechless.
Much applause to Jaymes and his staff at the Hackettstown medical center ER. Kudos to your team!
