Was injured on the job, hospital failed to run my initial insurance, they lost my card, and has now opted to not bill my workers comp for some reason and insists on sending me bill after bill through 3rd parties. I have called them at least a dozen times at this point asking them to do this basic task, each time I speak to someone they act as if it is news to them. It is now April and nothing has changed since last September. I'm tempted to bill them for all the time I've wasted trying to get them to understand simple sentences. Also, if you have a billing question, be prepared to not get called back, as they rarely answer the phone. They would rather their confused 3rd party billing to handle it. Reached my straw today as I thought I finally got it sorted last week after numerous phone calls, only to have their 3rd party billing informing today, once again that I owe them.
Update: it has been over a year now with no progress, all because the billing department won't fill out paperwork or return calls.
