I have had three emergencies in 15 months with three family members. Every time I went to the Hemet Valley Emergency center they were always polite, very helpful and extremely fast. (Try going to the ER in Los Angeles, Riverside Or Moreno Valley and you will be there all day. At Hemet Valley Emergency center they were very fast.

Worst experience ever. Went in for heavy bleeding and blood clots. I was extremely dizzy and nauseous. Sat in the waiting room for three hours. My husband had to take me into the rest room incase I got dizzy. Finally get to the back and they order test. The male nurse who had to draw my blood was extremely inexperienced and had no business drawing blood on patients with no supervision. He couldn’t get my vein to save his life. Instead he wiggled the needle around in my arm and was pushing on it. I was in so much pain. (I get my blood drawn all the time due to an illness and never had an issue.) He finally goes to ask for help and when the other nurse asked what my name was he couldn’t even remember. He tells her my chart is in the room. Then the female nurse comes in and looks at my arm.By this time I’m extremely upset. I looked at her and told her I was leaving and would much rather go to Kaiser. So I left against medical advice. Needless to say I will never go back there or take my family there. The hospital is filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, and overall ran horribly. I would rather drive the extra 30min and go to Kaiser.

I was taken to this hospital by ambulance because of a bad fall and had a head wound.. The doctor that treated me was a new doctor there who had previously been retired and came back to work.. He is about 70 years old.. After having all testing done and everything looked good they said I could go home.. The doctor wrote me a prescription for pain medicine that I cannot get filled because he did not put his medical license on it. The pharmacy called them and they have no way to provide that information. Why is this doctor working without his license number on record? This is so unprofessional and I would never want to have to go to this hospital again.

Horrible place. They are abusive to the patients. I would have attempted to sue them for millions if a lawyer in California would have taken my case. I still have long term issues resulting from improper care from this place. Elder Care is seemingly good here though. They are actually nice to them, surprisingly.
