Somebody please explain to the short elderly balding man that calls patients back that a person's fiance/ride is Fine to go back with them. Nobody else from nurses to doctors has any issues with understanding that but that guy is apparently too senile to be employed in a medical facility. Please allow him to retire asap.

We have used this hospital several times in the last 20 years since my parents retired in Hemet. I'm going to be honest. I used to get a creepy feeling everytime I left my parents there. It seemed dirty and poorly run. But last week my mom was brought in in an ambulance. She was extremely ill and had to be hospitalized for a week. The 'entire' staff was friendly, professional and extremely competent! I would urge anyone who is afraid to use the hospital to give it another chance. My mother is home resting. Thank you!

Last night my son try to kill himself my nurses were great. I pray for the hospital cause it does have alot to make it better. Their was nurse that does pray for the patients and that night she wasn't supposed to be there but she was. She prayed for my son and watch over him well i had to leave him there all alone. Me and Husband will be praying for the doctors nurses and the staff that works their. We ask our home church412 to keep the hospital in our prayer list.

Great care provided by station 2 staff for my mom during her final stages of life. Very thoughtful to me and my family. ❤ Thank you all!

This is the worst hospital by far! If you can avoid going here save your self the trip. I went in and I they had me sit in hall with the iv hooked to me even after I had been there for 3 hours. They took me back to get an ultrasound and had me go back and sit down. They didn't even know was there and hour went by and a staff walked by and was like oh ur here and hooked me up to the iv where he left me. I ended up leaving decided to go to a real hospital this one seems to be for incompetent "hospital staff "
