Absolutely the worst hospital and ED experience EVER! It's old, small, run down, and the staff are exceedingly rude staff. The ED has insanely LLOONNGG wait times. The rooms are tiny and lack reasonable accommodations and privacy. I highly recommend finding another hospital if at all possible! Definitely steer clear and avoid coming here!

Please avoid the psychiatric units by all cost! You leave feeling worse than better! You get little to zero theropy, some nurses are rude and oblivelent of how a psychiatric unit should be run and show more caring for patients. I was also very disappointed by treatment by the female psychologist who works there, her only focus is reviewing meds and would spends less than 5 minutes with patients and I did not receive a correct prescription when I left, and I made numerous calls to the psych unit and requested the doctor to call in for the medication and she completely ignored my request. I definitely advice anyone with psychiatric issues not to go there.

I knew this hospital to be amazing. Unfortunately illegal immigrants have ruined it. Sorry but that's the truth. 20 years ago I got first class service. The nurses and a doctors were the best. In maternity they served steak and champagne dinners and you got a robe. Sad to hear it's gotten so bad. Didnt have insurance but CASH Imagine that.Like any business how are the going to keep people if customers they are entitled free service. Not happening.

Staff was fantastic, from the technicians to the nurses to the doctor.

This is the 2nd time I came to this hospital to the Emergency Room and was not seen. There are about 10 people waiting in the emergency room… they are only 12 beds in the back. I've been here 2 hours and not been triaged. Since I come from a level 2 trauma center in Los Angeles California (8 hour wait) I do understand. However thru put issues are elevated up to the house to troubleshoot how to get patients out the ER into beds on the floor. I feel sorry for the young man that was here and visibly having a hard time breathing… I nurse came out listen to lung sounds and said ...will be with you in 2 minutes. He had to wait another 20 minutes visibly in distress before they called him back( he is still in the back 1 hour later). What is health care coming to? I hate needing emergency services ..there are no 24 hour UrgentCare around me.. I am giving this experience one star because of how the staff has maintained their professionalism and speak with the people in the Waiting Room... However NOT being triaged for 2 hours is very disappointing. You got 12 beds, that's 3 nurses. Then you need a Triage and float. What's going on??
