I can’t say enough bad enough of about ER staff. They will let you sit in pain! I’m just getting ready to write a review to the board since I work at a doctors office and I can’t believe they can even treat people who are in so much pain that’s way. I went there by ambulance without going into specifics in screaming pain. When I got there the nurses said that there was only one doctor and 3 ambulances just arrived. Okay? So there are no other doctors anywhere to page? Well then both doctors and nurses kept under treating my pain. I had to call my mom who is a big wig at mainegengeral and they completely changed their tune. I actually got an organ removed( so my pain was rationalized) and I will say the doctor and nurses in the OR and after we’re incredible. As far as the ER talk about TERRIBLE!
This by far is the worst place to go. They run this office like McDonald's, in and out as fast as they can. I highly recommend staying far away from northern light.
Went to the emergency room yesterday for back pain. Was treated as a med seeker. I overhesrd the doctor ask the cna why she even bothered having me chage into a johnny and to just send me home before he even saw me. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I went from there to MaineGeneral emergency room where i was actually evaluated and i have a break in my spine. I literally broke my back and was treated as a med seeker. I will never be back, and that doctor should be ashamed.
Worst e.r. visit ever sat there for over six hours swollen infected tick bite hands numb and tingly Dr pops and and says just kidding got to see another patient then will see you.... A hour later we just got up and left only have so long to catch Lyme and treat it. However some people have to get up at five am to go to work. When you get to an e.r. at four p.m. you should not still be there at 930 p m. Worst service ever
I've been having serious medical issues and I have been struggling in the process of getting resources that will create a sort of stability for my future. I went to Inland Hospital to get my medical Records. I was upset when I was told that Maine state law after 7 years hospitals providers and more are allowed to purge your records without contact or announcement or even a "hey this is what's happening". So to my surprise I've lost all of my relevant medical documentation and proof of disabilities and diagnosis. But the woman at the medical records department went above and beyond in assisting me in exploring other ventures of possibilities where my records may be. No such luck.
But this woman was amazing and extremely kind. Thank you Inland
