Awesome, AWESOME hospitality. Had both of my beautiful babies here at this hospital they take GREAT GREAT care of ALL patients/infants shout out to THE WHOLE IU west team for being so loving and caring. I love you guys so much keep up all the fantastic work

My mother in law has had 3 stays in the past year. EVERYONE in the building was perfect. Weekends, nights, holidays were equal quality care to any regular day. The doctors were perfect, honest, careful and personally concerned. EVERYONE in the building was PERFECT !!!! Thank you.

The triage staff in ED at 6:15 am on July 3, 2019 was just about as rude as they get. I asked for them to give me an update on my friend who has been back there for 2 hours and they said "well shes back there we are up here how should we know?" Wow thank you so much for your care and compassion.
