We were taking our 20month old to the er with a high fever, they took us to a room immediately that was at 8:00pm, the nurse was great she done all that she could do, at 9:00pm the one hour mark the nurse came back in and said your next the doctor will be right in!! At 10:00 PM there wasn't anyone else in rooms besides us, we stepped out and one of the doctors in an purple scrub, was playing some type of card game on an electronic device and the main doctor was talking on his phone, the nurse was cleaning a room, we told her we were leaving and she apologized!! I will be calling the hospital tomorrow and our insurance also!! We will not go back here, from now on only Great plains in elk city!! This is the 3rd bad experience we have had!!
